Artist's Statement
Working primarily in metals his works range from furniture to figurines, forge and foundry, and from fountains to robotics. Be they kinetic pieces or static a strong commonality of organic forms can be seen and felt in most all of his works. His subject matter derives from a combination memory and imagination. Crafting the works involves technical welding and metalworking. “It is my hope that my sculptures invoke a feeling of peacefulness punctuated with spontaneous whimsical energy.”
