Jamie Billings, the owner of Billings Home Improvements also owns The Whispering Spirits Art Gallery and creates many of the products that are available throughout the store. As a member of the carpenter’s union for more than 30 years, Jamie’s experience in the custom kitchen and bath business spawned his interest in hand made and custom furniture. This eventually led to his interest in unique custom framing which is also a specialty service that is available at the gallery.
